Jessica Fefferman, MPH
Jess is a seasoned health care consultant with expertise in operations, marketing and project management. She worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for twelve years and is currently providing strategic and tactical consulting to the Winchester Health Department on COVID-19. She has been a member of the Winchester Coalition for a Safer Community since 2006 and served as an elected member of the Winchester Board of Health from 2006-2015. She is on the board of Caring Canines Visiting Therapy Dogs and serves as their Outreach Coordinator. Jess and her certified therapy dog, Kota, enjoy bringing smiles, joy, and hope to people in assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools.
Jaimee Mace, mspt
Jaimee is an experienced Physical Therapist, graduating from Arcadia University with her Master’s degree. She is the owner of PhiT Physical Therapy & Wellness which is a mobile practice. An expert in orthopedics, injury prevention, manual therapy and wellness, Jaimee’s focus is on bringing specialized one-on-one treatment to individuals at a location that is convenient for them. She is passionate about educating clients of all ages on how to maintain a healthy and strong body through postural awareness and exercise. Outside of work, Jaimee enjoys hiking and camping with her family. She is an avid reader and continues to coach and play in a soccer league.
Kelsey Magnuson, MPH
Kelsey began working at Emerson Hospital as the Community Benefits Coordinator in November 2018. Kelsey has previous experience working with community education and event planning. She is now focused on addressing the hospital’s health priorities identified in the 2018 Community Health Needs Assessment. In her role, Kelsey works with a variety of community organizations and sits on various committees. Key projects include implementing the Youth Risk Behavior Survey in local schools and addressing mental health concerns through community partnerships.
chelsea maxwell, edm
Chelsea Maxwell is an educator, learning designer, and lecturer. After receiving her BA from Vassar college, Chelsea specialized in curriculum development as well as technology and innovation at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Having previously worked in advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, she is now focused on educating students about healthy relationships. Bringing years of experience as a director of mentoring for children and teens, Chelsea creates interactive and dynamic learning experiences for students of all ages. Chelsea has also begun development of a series of online courses, allowing their work to reach a greater audience.
sharon Maxwell, phd
Dr. Maxwell is a practicing clinical psychologist, specializing in adolescent and family therapy. She is the author of the award-winning book, THE TALK: A Breakthrough Guide to Raising Healthy Kids in an Oversexualized, Online, In-your-face World. Dr. Maxwell has been interviewed by NPR, Time Magazine, US News & World Report, NBC and Fox News, Oprah and Friends, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, and USA Today. Dr. Maxwell won a national award from Parenting Publications of America for her series of articles on sex education, and has received recognition for her Sexual Health and Responsibility Curriculum, which both she and Chelsea bring to public and independent schools.
Dianne McGaunn, MSEd., MS
Dianne McGaunn worked in business and technology before becoming a teacher and school leader for the past 17 years. Currently, Dianne is a software project leader and a member of multiple software development teams. She continues to support education and students through teaching digital literacy, project-based learning, and math. Dianne is on a mission to help shift education so that it truly meets the needs of modern students. Her goal is to help people reach their potential and live meaningful lives with a balance of technology and real-world experiences. She is committed to helping people learn about technology’s safe, ethical, and balanced use so that it truly enhances human needs. Dianne holds MS in Computer Information Systems and Education.
Teodora Pavkovic, phd
Teodora Pavkovic is a NY-based psychotherapist, parenting coach and international speaker who specializes in utilizing principles of emotional intelligence and positive psychology to facilitate digital wellness. She works with children and adults in her private practice, delivers workshops and trainings in schools and corporate settings, consults and speaks on expert panels and at conferences around the world. As a member of the Digital Wellness Collective, co-chair of the parenting professionals group at the Children's Screen-Time Action Network and an advisory board member of several educational and mental health organizations, Teodora is committed to helping individuals and groups preserve and protect their wellbeing and relationships in this increasingly digital world.
Douglas Rothman, PhD
Dr. Rothman is a Professor in the Departments of Radiology and Biomedical Engineering at Yale University. He also is the co-Director of the Magnetic Resonance Research Center at the Yale University School of Medicine which is one of the major MRI research centers in the world. His research focuses on the development of novel MRI methods for imaging brain function and neurotransmission, and the application of these methods to brain development, aging, and psychiatric and neurological disorders. He is the author of 362 scientific papers and 30 book chapters, and has edited 3 books. His contributions have been recognized by awards from the Association of Clinical and Translational Science, the Academy of Radiology Research, and The International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He serves as an advisor for the National Institutes of Health, Universities, and private Foundations.
